Philippe was in town and took us to Julii in North Bethesda for a New Year dinner. Julii is a French bistro with a touch of the Mediterranean. They had great reviews and their menu sounded super interesting.
This was our first time there for all three of us. The lamb tagine sounded amazing so we ordered that. The steak frites also looked amazing on yelp. There were about 1.4k pictures of Julii food on yelp!
The lamb was tender and falling off the bone. The couscous was authentic. Steak frites were solid.

Recommendations: Excellent. On the expensive side. Good for special occasions.
