By the time we were seated, we don't remember how long we had to wait, as the company was great and the conversation was good. But the wait staff apologized for the wait and brought us free dishes: Parisian Gnocchi and a big bowl of french fries with their secret sauce.
Both were really good, and very appreciated. The fries were the skinny style, very crispy and well seasoned, and the sauce was quite amazing.
We ordered the Big Max "Cheeseburger", pork chops and fries, and brisket, all to share family-style.
Every single dish was incredible. The pork chop was tender and juicy, the brisket melted in your mouth, and the burger was another simple dish made amazing.
However what put this restaurant above the rest was their shockingly good dessert.
We ordered their Fresh Butterflake Chocolate Chip Cookie with homemade vanilla ice cream, and the Citrus Posset with white chocolate and blackberry meringue.
This restaurant has climbed to the top fancy restaurant in Seattle for us.
